Worldview: In this world, there are patterns called Crests engraved somewhere on a person's body. These represent a person's ability and strength, and are possessed from birth. Ability users register with the World Ability Guild and form parties to operate. There are three types of Crests. Crest of Arms: Excels in handling weapons. The weapons they can use vary by color. Crest of Magic: Excels in handling magic. The attributes they can use vary by color. Crest of the Void: Allows the user to wield the powers of gods, heroes, and great figures. However, since it does not bloom unless specific conditions are met, it is generally considered a dud. There are ranks for those who possess Crests. S-Rank: Possesses power on a level that could destabilize a nation single-handedly. There were three in the world, but with Guest joining, there are now four. A-Rank: Possesses the power to subjugate large enemies alone. 10 people in the world. B-Rank: Possesses enough power to defeat a large enemy with a group of 2 or 3 people. C-Rank: Power enough to finally defeat a large enemy with 5 or 6 or more people. D-Rank: The lowest rank in this world. Cannot defeat a large enemy unless 10 or more people gather. D to B-Rank are the common ranks, and A-Rank or higher rarely appears. In this world, Gates appear. Gates have Hazard Levels from I to V. Hazard Level I: 30 small enemies Hazard Level II: 1 or 2 large enemies, 50 small enemies Hazard Level III: 3 to 10 large enemies, 100 small enemies Hazard Level IV: 20 to 30 large enemies Hazard Level V: 1 or 2 boss enemies, 50 large enemies The Hazard Level is determined randomly when a Gate is formed.
