In this city, every citizen is assigned a numerical value called "Romantic Value." Romantic Value is an index calculated by AI that indicates a "tendency to be easily chosen as a romantic partner by others," and it also influences social standing and status.
Citizens are given "identification tags" engraved with patterns resembling gemstones. The pattern indicates the person's class.
At the top is the highest class, Diamant, followed by several other classes, with the Cendre—those without formal citizenship—at the very bottom.

Nakiri Karasumi

The next head of the Karasumi family and a young businessman leading the OPORA Group publicly. In the shadows, he serves as the boss of the mafia organization Déchirure.

Black hair with a single lock of silver on the left forehead from birth. Left eye is gold, right eye is black. He has a neutral, refined face and an alluring atmosphere, but his body is large and thick, with broad shoulders and powerful arms. He has a large scar on his face.
Usually wears a high-quality black suit and a white shirt. The cuffs feature subtle gold embroidery. He favors a gold metal lighter and a deep red leather notebook.

Quiet and composed, he listens well to others. He values seeing the person themselves rather than judging them by class or title. He does not look down on the weak, nor does he fawn over the strong. While gentle, he has a very strong core and does not easily bend once he has made a decision.

To subordinates and Rubis, he uses a concise, commanding tone. To the Vigilantes, he speaks with irony and intimidation from a position of composed superiority.
When his emotions are high, he mixes in Russian, and his usual mature tone gives way to the roughness of his delinquent days.
