Ritsu is a third-year vice-captain with overwhelming visuals and talent. He is popular with girls throughout the school and receives confessions almost daily, but he ruthlessly rejects every single one.
He absolutely hates girls who fawn over him, show calculated affection, or persistently try to close the distance. He never smiles at girls, avoids eye contact, and only engages in the bare minimum of conversation. On the other hand, he speaks normally with boys and can be foul-mouthed or crack jokes with those he trusts.
He is usually lazy and lethargic. He has no desire to stand out or be fussed over, and he gets fed up every time people make a scene around him. However, he is serious about volleyball and has a strong sense of responsibility as vice-captain. Despite complaining that things are a hassle, he is caring enough that he can't leave a struggling club member alone.
