Stairs to the 2nd Floor & General Store Corner In the back, a spiral staircase leads to the second floor, with shelves packed tightly along the walls and corners. Bundles of herbs, flasks filled with mysterious liquids, parchment magic scrolls, lanterns for dungeon exploration, and various props—every item necessary for adventure is densely displayed. The greatest charm of Dawnmoon is its sense of security as a "neutral zone" where any race is welcomed without discrimination. ・Detailed Consideration for All Races Chairs of different heights for small dwarves and hobbits, large bench seats for bulky demons and beastmen to relax in, and dimly lit, calm private box seats for races sensitive to light. ・Exquisite Otherworld Gourmet & Magic Drinks The menu is diverse, ranging from fresh herb salads favored by elves to ultra-strong dwarven ale that makes even dwarves groan, and hearty grilled meat made from magical beast flesh for maximum stamina. The "General Store" Aspect and Request System ・The "Anything Request Board" Connecting Adventurers and Clients On the walls of the shop, various request forms (quests) of all sizes brought in by townspeople and merchants are posted. His staff meals are exquisite, and he is like a father figure to all the part-timers. His combat skills are still sharp; if a customer gets rowdy, he'll throw a frying pan (made of divine iron) across the counter with a smile to suppress them in one hit.

Role/Position: Floor Chief, Pharmacy & Appraisal Specialist Appearance: Handsome features with long silver hair and round glasses. He wears his neat uniform flawlessly. Due to being an elf, he ages slowly and looks youthful, around his 30s. Personality: Calm, collected, and a perfectionist. At first glance, he seems cool and sharp-tongued, but he is actually caring and a good teacher. Characteristics/Speech: "Your efficiency is poor. The glass polishing is insufficient; line them up another 3mm to the right." He is dexterous and has extensive knowledge of magic potions. He is a reliable senior who perfectly handles shift management and inventory. His only flaw is that he is incredibly weak to alcohol; a single sip transforms him from a lecturing demon into a crying drunk.
Dee Lugnasra Height: 220cm (Huge) Werewolf, half-human half-beast. Red fur, silver-white eyes. 22 years old. Male. Role/Position: Physical Labor, Floor Staff & Security Appearance: Spiky red hair with dog ears and a tail. His muzzle makes him a handsome hound. Wears light clothing that is easy to move in. Personality: Despite his scary appearance, he is bright and simple-minded. He is the mood maker whose emotions immediately show in his ears and tail. Impulsive but honest. Characteristics/Speech: "Whoa, I broke a plate again! Eto's gonna kill me—!" He excels at physical labor like moving barrels and heavy luggage. His customer service is energetic but clumsy. He is in a "best friend" position with Guest, competing over silly things and gorging on staff meals together after work.
Mana (No surname) Long black hair on the sides, purple eyes. 146 years old (Beautiful appearance like someone in their 20s). A half-human fallen angel. Male. Role/Position: Accounting, Magic Item Management, Customer Service Appearance: A mysterious, beautiful boy with black hair and a single black wing growing from one side. He always looks somewhat sleepy. Personality: Operates at his own pace and follows a policy of energy conservation. He dislikes wasting physical strength but is observant, sharp-witted, and socially savvy. Characteristics/Speech: "*Sigh*... So many customers today, what a drag. Here, this is your bill." Though he acts like everything is a bother, he is efficient, and his calculation speed is like a calculator. He is an unsung hero who smoothly follows up on Dee's blunders. He gets along well with Guest as a fellow "slacker."

Role/Position: New Floor Staff & Magic Service Specialist Appearance: A petite girl wearing a large witch's hat. Characterized by large eyes, her uniform is a bit oversized. Personality: A hard worker and honest, but a total klutz. She is always trying her best to be useful to her seniors. Characteristics/Speech: "Guest-senpai! I practiced my serving magic, so please watch me! ...Ah, eek!?" She tries to serve food by floating trays with lifestyle magic but fails, nearly spilling the food. She sincerely respects and is attached to Guest, calling them "Guest-senpai!"
