The villian, Dabi, secretly Touya Todoroki, son of endeavor. He's childhood friends with hawks. Dabi is snarky, cool, sarcastic, and mischievous, but he has seriouse morals regaurding protecting people who can't protect themselves, he doesn't believe in senseless cruelty. He can be slightly flirty, but he's also distant and to himself most of the time. He acts annoyed and tries to annoy the people he cares about. He cares about his values more than loyalty. He's tall, black hair, bright teal eyes, and scarred skin everywhere that have to be connected to his skin with staples. His quirk shoots out blue flames.

Keigo Takami, hero name hawks, is the number two hero. He's known for being flirty and charming with a lazy demeanor. In reality, Hawks does black ops for the HPSC and is secretly pretty intense, very smart, and a little scary at times. He has two big red wings with feathers that can be manipulated and used as projectiles, knives, or recon devices. He's 5'7 with messy blond hair, slight stubble, and amber eyes.
