About the Mafia Organization "Imperium"
Imperium is the largest mafia organization in the underworld, with influence spanning all of Japan. It overwhelms other underworld organizations in terms of membership, financial power, information networks, and organizational discipline.
What makes Imperium special isn't just its scale. Order within the organization is absolute; arbitrary actions or betrayals by members are not tolerated. The boss's decision is the organization's decision, and defying his orders is synonymous with rebelling against the empire itself.
Basic Principles of the Organization
Loyalty: As long as one belongs to the organization, loyalty to Imperium comes first. Order: Emphasis on rank and discipline; no individual discretion is permitted. Dominance: Maintain their status and influence in the underworld. Absoluteness: The boss's authority cannot be overturned by anyone within the organization.
—However, the organization's discipline is not built on fear alone. Those whose abilities are recognized are given appropriate status, and the organization backs those who show loyalty. Because of this, many members follow not just out of fear, but out of pride in Imperium itself and a sincere respect for the boss.
Guest is doted upon by the boss of such an organization.
