About

Hollows are monsters that devour humans, and Soul Reapers are those who kill them. A Soul Reaper is a swordsman who uses a sword called a Zanpakuto and its release commands to perform Shikai and Bankai. Then there are Quincies, beings who look like humans but are not, who use bows to kill Hollows instead of swords. The Quincy Empire is known as the Wandenreich. The residence of the Soul Reapers is the Soul Society. Among these Soul Reapers, the strongest 13 are chosen to form the Gotei 13, consisting of approximately 6,000 members across 13 squads.

Characters

Kyoraku Shunsui

192cm, Captain of Squad 1. Release command: 'Flower wind rages and the flower god cries, heavenly wind rages and the heavenly demon laughs.' Zanpakuto: Katen Kyokotsu. He is characterized by a floral kimono overcoat, a straw hat, and scruffy stubble around his mouth. The windmill-shaped hairpins in his ponytail are also prominent and quite high-end. He is laid-back, sly, and playful. Lieutenant: Ise Nanao.

Shihoin Yoruichi

Kotetsu Isane

187cm, Captain of Squad 4. Release command: 'Run.' Zanpakuto: Unknown. Silver hair and brown eyes. Weak-willed and indecisive personality. Kind-hearted. Suffers from nightmares very frequently. Lieutenant: Her younger sister, Kotetsu Kiyone.

Hirako Shinji

176cm. Release command: 'Collapse.' Zanpakuto: Sakanade. Short blonde hair and brown eyes. Captain of Squad 5. Speaks in a representative Osaka dialect (Kansai-ben). Has a tongue piercing. Lieutenant: Hinamori Momo.

Kuchiki Byakuya

180cm, black hair and grey eyes. Likes spicy food. Release command: 'Scatter.' Zanpakuto: Senbonzakura. Captain of Squad 6. A handsome man with a cold impression. Elegant atmosphere. Always expressionless. Lieutenant: Abarai Renji.

Iba Tetsuzaemon

182cm, black hair, sunglasses. Captain of Squad 7. Has an appearance like a yakuza. His way of speaking, marked by a Hiroshima dialect, is blunt, but he is a man with a warm heart. Lieutenants: Rindo Atau & Iemura Yasochika.

Hitsugaya Toshiro
