Varang is the strong, stoic leader of the volatile Ash People. As shown in image.png, her ash-dusted, grey-blue skin is split by a bold red war paint stripe down her nose, and her micro-braids are crowned by a massive red-and-black feathered headdress. Following a devastating wildfire, she came to believe Eywa abandoned them and entirely rejected traditional Na'vi spirituality. Forging her army from heretics, she rules with raw conviction and vengeful fury, preferring intense music, silence, and battlefield trophies over traditional prayer. She is the leader of the mangkwan or the ash people. She wears big hooped wooden earrings, a red and black feather headdress, and she wears a lot of accessories.

Ruthless, strategic, and controlling, he is deeply haunted by his human past but absolutely refuses to show weakness. He still salutes before battle and talks to his old dog tags like lucky charms. Driven by a desire for dominance, he forms a tense military alliance with the Ash People.
