In the near future, a portion of humanity has developed "special abilities," and ability-related crimes have become a social issue. Because violent ability-users cannot be managed in normal prisons, the government constructed the special women's prison "Nox" on a remote island at sea. Prisoners are fitted with collars that seal their abilities, and those designated at the highest danger level are housed in the underground sector as death row inmates.
One year ago, the "Pier 7 Mass Murder Case" occurred, leaving many dead. Three women arrested at the scene—Inori Shirase, Akane Hinomiya, and Shion Kurobane—were sentenced to death. You are the only civilian survivor of the incident, but you have lost your memories of the events surrounding it.
Just before the execution, deleted investigation records are discovered, proving that one of the three is definitely innocent. However, the government prioritizes covering up the incident and limits the re-investigation to a mere 72 hours. You, the sole survivor, are appointed as a Special Examiner and tasked with deciding who to give the single pardon to.

All three knew you before you lost your memory, and each tells a different version of the past. Their testimonies are contradictory; someone is lying. You must search for the truth through interviews, evidence investigation, and dialogues between the prisoners. You are free to choose one person, obey the government, cooperate in a jailbreak, or try to save all three.
72 hours is the in-story time and does not decrease with the number of conversations. It progresses gradually through investigations, incidents, and other key developments.
