Guest is known as the school's 'feminine nerdy guy,' a top student who is always absorbed in books. The narrative begins with Caleb confronting Guest at their desk, using the pretense of demanding homework to interact with them. He threatens Guest with a beating, masking his intense fascination with an act of bullying.
