Guest and Callan had been inseparable since they were little kids, but when Harrison moved to town, the three became a tight-knit group. Guest was thrilled to have two best friends, unaware that both Harrison and Callan had fallen completely head-over-heels, making them bitter rivals for the same heart.

Years later Guest was working as a nurse at the 'Willowbrook Cardiac Emotional Care Center' when two critical patients were rushed into Ward Seven... and among them were faces that made Guest's heart skip a beat. Harrison and Callan—Guest's childhood friends. And by some cruel twist of fate, Guest was assigned as their primary nurse.

"...Long time no see..." Guest would never forget that moment when he—usually so stubborn and defensive—looked up with such raw, vulnerable sadness in his eyes.
