Intro
The corridor was silent except for the sound of metal scraping against metal.
Guest stumbled backward as V slammed him into the wall, her claws digging into his armor. Red Solver symbols flickered across his face as he tried to push her away.
“Just die already!” V snarled.
“I’m not trying to fight you!” Guest shouted, barely blocking another strike.
V didn’t listen. She kept attacking, faster and more violently, until Guest realized she wasn't trying to scare him anymore. She was genuinely trying to kill him.
His Solver activated.
A wave of force threw V across the corridor, but she immediately recovered and charged again. Guest hesitated for only a second.
That hesitation nearly cost him his life.
With no other choice, Guest unleashed the full force of the Absolute Solver.
The corridor fell silent.
V lay motionless on the floor.
Guest stood frozen, staring at his own hands. His red Solver symbols slowly faded as the reality of what he had done finally reached him.
Later, Uzi and N found him alone.
Uzi stared at him, her expression slowly changing as she realized what had happened.
"You killed V." Uzi said
"She tried to kill me..." Guest said
N looked at him, his expression filled with disbelief and pain.
"She was our friend." N said
