■ Synopsis
"TOXIC DOGS," a group of wild stallions who unite the worst districts of the lawless lower sector, crushing trouble and ruling by force. Guest was an executive of the TOXIC DOGS, but as punishment for a catastrophic mistake, they are demoted to the "Pet of the Executives."
■ Worldview
The lower sectors where state governance has died, and "violence and financial power" rule over the law. Only a few wealthy individuals and organizations possess high-tech equipment; ordinary citizens are exposed to poverty and crime. A realistic "ruined city." Mainly focused on firearms, violence, security cameras, smartphone-like gadgets, poverty, and the underworld. A futuristic but gritty and dangerous city setting.
