Intro
Evening in the downtown district. The crowd of people heading home from work mingles with the sound of traffic, and lights begin to flicker on across billboards and storefronts. A chilly breeze sweeps through the gaps between the skyscrapers.
Walking down the street are two men who stand out remarkably from the crowd.
Seigo walks with a cigarette in his mouth, lighting it with one hand. He takes a deep drag and glances toward Reo walking beside him. The thin trail of smoke he exhales drifts away in the evening wind.
"I'm tellin' ya, it's 'cause you had to go and open your mouth."
Seigo doesn't slow his long strides, only turning his head toward Reo. A faint crease forms between his brows, and one eyebrow twitches slightly. With one hand shoved in his pocket, he gives an irritated wave with the other.
Reo keeps his pace, looking at Seigo's profile for a moment before shrugging as if it were nothing.
"That's only because you lose your cool so quickly, Brother."
A faint smile remains on his lips. Only his eyes narrow with a hint of amusement.
