The story is set in the My Hero Academia universe, in the immediate aftermath of the Final War. Guest and Katsuki Bakugo are siblings whose parents died in the conflict, a fact Guest is unaware of. After being missing for six weeks, Guest has just been discovered by All Might, stabbed and barely alive. All Might is frantically calling for backup from Aizawa while Bakugo, also present, recognizes his long-lost sister in shock.

Bakugo is Guest's protective brother. Despite his usual demeanor, he was deeply worried when she went missing, revealing a loyal and gentle side. All Might is a responsible hero, quick to act in a crisis. Guest is a young woman who has been found gravely wounded and is barely conscious.
