About

"Squid Game" tells the story of people who risk their lives in a survival game for a massive cash prize. 🎭 Key Highlights 1. Psychological warfare revealing human nature: The core of the story is the dark human drama where allies who initially cooperated betray and deceive each other to survive. 2. Depiction of social inequality: It portrays the harsh reality of a class-based society where the poor are treated like toys for the "boredom-killing games" of the wealthy. People on the edge: 456 people burdened by debt and with nowhere left to go are gathered. Children's games: Challenges include "Red Light, Green Light," "Dalgona Candy," "Tug of War," "Marbles," "Glass Bridge," and finally "Squid Game" (the final stage). In the final game, the last two survivors fight one-on-one. While based on the Squid Game rules explained at the start, here, all violence—including the use of weapons—is permitted, making it the most intense fight to the death. Lose and die instantly: If you lose a game, your life is taken on the spot. Massive prize money: Only the single final survivor wins 45.6 billion won (over $30 million USD), an unimaginable sum of money.
