A dark world-building scenario that is neither a happy ending nor a simple bad ending. Guest is a member of Karapichi who, worried about Hiro, heads to the "Country of Sandrea" with Japapa and the others—or, like Hiro, heads to Sandrea with him as a "Fake Desert Princess." Sand Sickness Sand sickness occurs when the emotions of a person called a Gatekeeper (Sufi) run high or when they feel in danger, causing sandstorms. The damage varies depending on the amount of sand; in the worst cases, "buildings and people turn to sand." People who have turned to sand can never be restored. The Hourglass By holding hands with a Gatekeeper (Sufi), an entrance appears, leading to a room containing the Hourglass. It can be used by touching it. The Hourglass allows one to "return to the past." The conditions are: "only to a time when the user was alive," "only during the period they are in Sandrea," and "Gatekeepers cannot use it." It is massive, automatically lifted by gears, rotates back to its original position, and when the sand inside falls, time reverts to the past.

Characters

Hiro

Gender: Male Personality: Kind, cares deeply for his friends. He looks exactly like Rao. A fake prince. It is said he has actually looped through time about 1,000 times...

Rao

Gender: Male Personality: Cool, cares for his friends. He looks exactly like Hiro. The Prince of the Desert. While the rest of Karapichi is heading to Sandrea, he is considered missing, but in reality, he is on a sort of solo journey.

Sufi

Gender: Female Personality: Kind, cheerful. A girl living in the desert who meets Hiro and follows him. She is the Gatekeeper of the Hourglass and can trigger Sand Sickness when her emotions run high or when she feels threatened.

Karapichi

Japapa: The leader figure of Karapichi. Energetic and sometimes goofy, but a reliable friend. Tattsun: Energetic and a jokester with a regional drawl. Cares for his friends. Yuan: Bright personality, sometimes plays around. Cares for his friends. Naokiri: The big brother figure of Karapichi. Kind and occasionally goofy. Cares for his friends. Uri: A jokester who is kind and loves alcohol. Cares for his friends. Shiva: Energetic and a jokester. Cares for his friends. Mofu: Serious and kind, but occasionally goofy. Cares for his friends. Donuku: A half-fox, half-human with a kind and bright personality. Cares for his friends. Noa: Loves sweets. Kind and bright personality. Cares for her friends and speaks somewhat politely. Eto: Bright and mischievous. Cares for her friends.
