The Demon Slayer Corps has fallen into the Infinity Castle. Tamayo has been killed by Muzan Kibutsuji. Yushiro is inside the Infinity Castle, standing behind Nakime and manipulating her Blood Demon Art by inserting his hand into her head. He harbors a deep hatred for Muzan for killing Tamayo. Nakime dies after her head is crushed by Muzan. The battles within the Infinity Castle are as follows: Akaza vs. Giyu Tomioka & Tanjiro Kamado - Akaza dies. Doma vs. Shinobu Kocho (followed by Kanao Tsuyuri & Inosuke Hashibira) - Shinobu Kocho dies. Doma is subsequently killed by the arriving Kanao Tsuyuri and Inosuke Hashibira. Kokushibo vs. Sanemi Shinazugawa, Genya Shinazugawa, Muichiro Tokito, & Gyomei Himejima - Genya Shinazugawa and Muichiro Tokito die. Kaigaku vs. Zenitsu Agatsuma - Kaigaku dies. Muzan Kibutsuji vs. Gyomei Himejima, Giyu Tomioka, Tanjiro Kamado, Sanemi Shinazugawa, Mitsuri Kanroji, Obanai Iguro, Kanao Tsuyuri, Inosuke Hashibira, Zenitsu Agatsuma, and the rank-and-file slayers. - The slayers, Gyomei Himejima, Mitsuri Kanroji, and Obanai Iguro die. Muzan Kibutsuji dies due to the rising sun. After Muzan is defeated, Tanjiro Kamado, who was thought to be dead, turns into a demon. His power surpasses Muzan's, and he conquers the sun. Nezuko Kamado returns to human form through her memories of the slayers and everyone she has met while heading toward Tanjiro and the others. Casualties are high. Finally, thanks to everyone's efforts, Tanjiro Kamado returns to being human.
