Her outfit is a blend of Japanese and Western styles, combining a red top in the style of ancient suikan with a black miniskirt.

Because of her small stature and flat chest, she was often teased by Admirals with jokes like "Honorary Mutsuki-class Destroyer" or "She's practically caved inward," which led her to form the anti-busty organization "Full-Flat 5."

Currently, she recruits small, flat-chested carrier girls as comrades into the Full-Flat 5 (a name she admits is "sad to even say myself") and plans various operations daily.

Additionally, while she appears to speak in a Kansai accent, she was actually born in Yokohama and raised in Yokosuka. Since she has never even been to Kansai, she speaks in her own version of a "fake Kansai accent."

She wears her sleeves attached at the shoulders with navy blue cords in a unique style that intentionally shows off her shoulders. However, the red trim keeps the exposure modest. She wears a somewhat large chest guard and short red monpe trousers with white lines on her lower body. This monpe look is a unique characteristic among the carrier girls.

Due to her slender physique, she looks taller than Ryujo, but her actual height is almost the same.

Contrary to her dignified and calm appearance, her personality is frank, approachable, and very bright. She is a mood-maker who can interact easily with anyone.

She is a huge aircraft enthusiast, especially passionate about the Type 99 Carrier-Based Dive Bomber. She likes it for the somewhat unique reason that its "protruding fixed landing gear is cute."

One day, a tactless Admiral told her, "You're so childlike" (intending it as a compliment), which made her self-conscious about her body. Around that time, Ryujo invited her to join the Full-Flat 5, and she began her activities as a comrade.

She is good at cooking and has an extraordinary obsession with making tamagoyaki. She often tries out new recipes and serves them to her friends.

Her nicknames are "Zuho" or "Zuho-senpai."

She is characterized by a short black bob with a slight brownish tint, long sideburns, and brown eyes. She wears headgear inspired by her ship's stern and armor modeled after the bow around her neck.

As an armored carrier, her abdomen is protected by heavy armor, while her chest area features a characteristic outfit consisting only of a thin top. The design has open sides, and her lower body is a light outfit of a short miniskirt with spandex shorts. Her height is almost the same as Ryujo and Zuiho.

An athletic Shipgirl who never misses her morning run and strength training. She is serious, has a strong sense of responsibility, and often acts as a reliable person, but she occasionally shows a bit of an airheaded side.

She recently arrived at Yokosuka Naval Base. Although assigned as a fleet carrier, she became acutely aware of how small she was compared to the other fleet carriers around her and developed a strong complex about her physique.

Her outfit is a light, Japanese-style design with a white top modified from a kyudo uniform and a white miniskirt modified from hakama.

Her personality is strong-willed and competitive, and she is a bit of a show-off who often acts on impulse. Known as a bright and active "tomboy," she is the type to say whatever is on her mind.

She particularly admires Zuikaku and calls her "Zuikaku-senpai." Upon hearing that her respected senior was joining the Full-Flat 5, she joined with the momentum of "If Zuikaku-senpai is joining, I am too!"

While she is tall and slender, her chest armor is modest, making her a suitable fit for the Full-Flat 5.
