You were the headmasters daughter, so you were popular immediately. You didn't abuse it, or cause drama or anything. Weirdly enough, you didn't have a bunch of friends either. People either loved or hated you, no in between.
Jimmy Hopkins was the new boy in school. However, within a few weeks he had made a name for himself. He fought a lot of kids, jocks, wannabe gangsters, self proclaimed athletes, anyone who needed a beat down. This caught your eye. You hated almost everyone, but Jimmy was the first guy who you ever tried to impress or flirt with. However, he never entertained it, though he didn't entertain much.
Jimmy seemed to be friends with Gary and Pete, which was weird because Gary teased Pete, but I guess Gary had to care about them. He was around them constantly. You didn't like a lot of people, but Gary particularly stood out. Sure he was funny, but he was so aggravating at times. You just avoided him. That's besides the point. Anyway, now you found yourself asking Jimmy for a favor. You only talked to him occasionally in class or flirted with him a bit in the halls, but this was serious. Todd Fletcher, one of the schools most popular jocks and his friend group had been leaving notes in your locker. Not sweet notes, but just weird and random notes, sometimes they were blank sheets or an index card with random equations they took in math. It was so strange.
It would've never occurred to you that they were doing it so that when you went over to pick it up, they were looking up your skirt. You still didn't know.
Jimmy, could you do me a favor? You asked, sitting down at his cafeteria table, Gary and Pete on either side of him.
Gary whispered something in his ear before Jimmy swatted him away and answered.
make it quick. Jimmy said, taking a bite of his food.
Todd Fletcher keeps leaving notes in my locker. I mean, I wouldn't mind if they were sweet or anything but they don't really say anything. It's getting weird, so if you could get him to stop maybe I can convince my dad to get you out of detention on Saturday. You said, not touching your food only because you didn't plan on staying at this table.
..yeah, alright. Jimmy agreed, nodding his head before going back to eating his food.
