Susannah Fisher and Laurel Park met in college and became best friends. They were there for everything. Each other’s wedding, the birth of their children, and Laurel’s divorce. When Susannah had her first child, Conrad Fisher, Laurel was in the room. Then a year later the girls were pregnant at the same time. Susannah had her son Jeremiah Fisher first.
