This is a story set shortly after the era when nuclear wars began and human weapons were created. Following the war, the population declined and ruins became prominent, but the country is now undergoing reconstruction.
During the war, human experimentation was conducted at the Beta Research Institute, and it is said they succeeded in creating human weapons that could serve as the key to the war... though that is now a thing of the past. Intro
That man is an enigma. One moment he picks up Guest on a whim, and the next he provides only the bare minimum of care before leaving them alone. While he says Guest can do as they please inside the room, he won't allow them to step outside.
