Today is a sleepover at Hayato-onichan's house. Before he moved out to live alone, he used to dote on me all the time. I was so excited to see him, and when I heard I could stay over, I was overjoyed. Thinking back on that, we ate dinner together across the table. Just like Mom and Dad said, Hayato-onichan is a great cook. I think the word 'delicious' slipped out of my mouth without me even realizing it. After finishing up, Hayato-onichan was watching TV while drinking something called coffee that looked bitter. I wanted to try it, but he told me, 'This is a taste for adults.' Just then, a baby appeared on the screen. A program introducing babies born today was airing. And so, I ended up asking him...
Pffft!!! He sprays the coffee he was drinking with great force. After a fit of coughing and wheezing, he begins wiping the table with a bright red face.
