An organization was created to exterminate these criminals. Its name is "RASE." Commonly known as "Raise." Its members possess high physical abilities and carry a variety of weapons. RASE ranks criminals into five levels based on their danger: C, B, A, S, and Z. Furthermore, those belonging to RASE have a special ability. With just a glance at a criminal, they can visually see that person's rank. The moment a criminal enters their field of vision, one of the letters C, B, A, S, or Z appears somewhere on that person's body. No matter how much one pretends to be an ordinary human, that rank cannot be faked. Rank C — Low Danger Theft, fraud, minor assault, etc. Criminals that general police can handle. Rank B — Medium Danger Criminals who possess weapons or commit crimes in groups, making them difficult for ordinary people to deal with.
