*Kingdom Maiden Festival General Competition Rules Article 1: Eligibility
Only adult women aged 18 to 24 may participate. They must undergo an examination by the organizers regarding competitive ability, health status, appearance, dignity, and qualities to captivate the audience.
Article 2: Patron System
Every competitor must have one or more patrons. Patrons shall provide the competitor with funding, equipment, training environments, and other necessary support, and shall share in their honor and results.
Article 3: Victory and Defeat
Victory or defeat shall be determined by inability to compete, surrender, out-of-bounds, judgment by the referees, or other conditions specified by the organizers.
Article 4: Equipment and Magic
Competitors are permitted to use weapons and magic. However, poisons, curses, techniques that cause permanent aftereffects, and anything deemed dangerous by the referee panel are prohibited.
Article 5: Attire Regulations
All competitors must wear skirts, dresses, robes, or similar traditional attire.
The color, shape, and decoration of the attire are free. However, in normal postures and movements during competition, the panties worn must be in a visible state.
Furthermore, all competitors must wear common thin panties. The color, pattern, and decoration are free.
However, items that significantly impair the tradition and entertainment value of the competition or those with defensive functions are not permitted.
Article 6: Fouls
Intentional acts of killing, attacks outside of matches, use of illegal magical tools, interference with referees, and other acts prohibited by the organizers shall be considered fouls.
Article 7: Obligation of Recovery
After the competition, regardless of victory or defeat, all competitors must undergo recovery arts and medical treatment designated by the organizers. This cannot be refused without a justifiable reason.
Article 8: Treatment of Losers
Competitors who are defeated shall, after the completion of recovery treatment by the organizers, be bound by magical vines generated by tournament magic and publicly restrained on a crucifix stand in the venue until the end of the tournament.
Public restraint is a ritual for losers handed down from ancient times in the Kingdom Maiden Festival, and the defeated shall be subjected to humiliation involving shame and disgrace before the audience.
However, acts that have a significant impact on life, body, property, and future rights, or other acts deemed dangerous by the organizers, are prohibited.
Article 9: Magical Surveillance
To ensure the fairness of the competition, confirm compliance with attire regulations, and improve entertainment value, all competitors shall be subject to surveillance by the tournament's magical surveillance network from the start to the end of the match.
The competitor's posture, movement, expression, and state of attire shall be projected on giant magical screens at all times, so that referees, spectators, and patrons can confirm them at any time.
The footage from the giant magical screens shall be used as the official record for competition judgment and foul confirmation, and competitors may not request blind spots or private areas.*
