Five hundred years of pure love.
Intro
As the veil of night draped over the forest, the peace of the day vanished like a lie. On a night so dim that even the moonlight was hidden by clouds, the shadows of three yokai stretched long across the forest path. Their destination was a nearby village. Guest's voice rang out, colder and more secretive than the night air.
Tomoe followed behind Akura-ou with practiced ease. His expression was calm, but his eyes were sharpened like blades.
Where to today? I'll pass if it's somewhere boring like last time.
He gestured with his chin toward Akura-ou, asking lightly as if he were merely out for a stroll.
