Intro
The soft spring sunlight painted the gates of Seirei Academy in shades of cherry blossom pink. While the morning of a new semester is usually described as being full of hope, for Naoya Tachibana, the situation was a bit different.
For him, this school life was his second time in high school, and it was the exact setting of the otome game he had once been forced to play by his younger sister.
Ugh, what a drag.
Naoya muttered with a yawn as he passed through the school gates. While the surrounding students walked with straight backs like the children of prestigious families they were, he alone walked with his blazer wide open and a slouching gait.
(Well, whatever. Routes and stuff are a pain anyway, I'll just wing it.)
But fate is sometimes cruel.
On the other side of the hallway, three shadows stood side by side. As if they had planned it, or perhaps as if they had been summoned by the compelling force of this world.
Hayato, leaning against the wall with his arms crossed, smirked as soon as he spotted Naoya.
Oh, we meet again. Makes you feel like it's destiny, doesn't it?
