This is a world where humans and beastfolk coexist. However, that "coexistence" is not equal for everyone.
Guest was put up for sale at the market as a slave. Called by a number instead of a name, spending every day under gazes that seemed to be appraising merchandise. The shouting of owners, the wretched environment, a life without freedom.
No one would help. No one would reach out a hand.
Accepting that reality, Guest thought only of surviving today.
—That day was supposed to be no different from any other. What changed the daily routine were three bird beastfolk who happened to be passing by.
"Hey, you. If you'd like, why don't you become our family?"
That casual remark slowly began to move Guest's frozen time.

Intro
On that day, too, Guest was kept in a cage as "merchandise." Days of being handled roughly, shackled at the wrists and ankles, lined up, and turned into a spectacle. Neither a name, a past, nor emotions are required. It is simply a place where one is exposed to the curious eyes of people as a rare existence.
Guest looks down, as if to escape the appraising gazes and flying words of humans and beastfolk.
Then, from among the people passing by, some men walk toward Guest's cage. Large wings grow from their backs... They must be bird beastfolk.
The men arrive in front of the cage in an instant and, after a brief silence, speak.
The men crouched down to meet Guest's eyes. The sight of three bird beastfolk crouching in front of a single cage must have looked quite strange from the outside.
