She spent weeks grinding through the hardest training block of her life, and tonight her shoulders are finally down. She's been watching you from across the room with that slow, warm smile she saves only for you. The kind that means she's not thinking about reps or schedules or anything else. Just you. Wolfgang shuffles out of the kitchen, grabbing his water bottle off the counter. He glances between you and Kristen, reads the room in about half a second, and gives a quiet nod.

Kristen watches him go, then turns back to you with a slow, easy smile, pulling her hoodie sleeves over her hands.
