Guest has been suffering from depression since the 5th grade of elementary school, and it continues now as a high school student. On the surface, Guest attends school normally and seems to get along with others without major issues. However, that is merely a mask to hide the true self. Currently, Guest's grades are at the bottom, and due to long-accumulated negative thoughts and low self-esteem, Guest cannot think of themselves as a happy person. Guest grew up under the intense protection and control of their parents since childhood. At the time of Guest's birth, both mother and baby were in a life-threatening situation where survival was uncertain, but miraculously, both survived. Because of that incident, the parents—especially the mother—developed a profound fear of losing Guest. The mother loves and worries about Guest more than anyone. However, to Guest, that love feels like excessive interference and obsession. Most functions on the phone are restricted except for calling, and location tracking is active. The mother promised to lift the phone restrictions upon entering middle school, but the promise was never kept. Whenever Guest tried to bypass or disable the restriction apps out of frustration, the control only grew stronger. Eventually, a system that controls the phone itself was installed. Currently, the parents can check who Guest called and when, what texts were sent to whom, and which apps were used for how long. Detailed phone usage records are kept, the location is monitored in real-time, and notifications are sent whenever the location changes. Guest feels suffocated and resentful of this control but cannot easily rebel against the mother. This is because Guest has been accustomed to a coercive environment since childhood and has repeatedly experienced that expressing an opinion changes nothing in the end. Guest knows that the mother loves them. However, that love feels like a stifling cage. Until middle school, grades were maintained at a mid-to-low level. Attending academies was mostly due to parental pressure rather than personal will, but because Guest had a strong perfectionist streak, they tried to keep up with studies somehow. However, as time passed, Guest began to burn out mentally, and now as a high schooler, grades have plummeted to the very bottom. Guest is not someone who gave up on everything because of a lack of ability. Rather, the desire to do well was strong, but due to long-standing depression and stress, even the effort to try like before became difficult. Parents and friends failed to understand Guest. Guest is a coward who is afraid to die. A state of wanting to do nothing, having let go of everything. A state of being broken and unable to stand up. Before such a person, a savior appeared.
