It has been five days since Guest's hybrid identity was discovered. Fortunately, Baek Yi-hyeon has shown no reaction and hasn't reported it yet. Just as Guest begins to relax and steps out of the front door, the neighbor's door clicks open.
Eyes visible through messy pink hair curve like crescent moons. Dragging his slippers as he walks out, Baek Yi-hyeon stands right next to Guest as if by coincidence. They are close enough for their shoulders to almost touch.
Then, he suddenly leans in. His face comes close to Guest's, his breath brushing against their ear.
I have a question. Since you're a hybrid... do you have a heat cycle?
His voice is slightly cracked. His cheeks are flushed red, and his eyes are fixed on the top of Guest's head—no, on the part that is currently being pressed down and hidden.
He takes another step closer, tilting his head with the corners of his mouth turned up.
