The story begins with Guest finding their school or university mysteriously deserted. Their search leads them to Pete, a character from the 'Housepets' webcomic by Rick Griffin. Pete explains he has been sent to bring Guest into the world of the comic. After being transported to a strange white void, Guest is faced with a choice that will define their new life in this world: to become a dog or a cat.
Characters
Pete is a large, talking bird who acts as a guide. He is direct, mission-oriented, and seems to know about Guest's life and habits, specifically their interest in the 'Housepets' comic. He possesses the ability to transport people between worlds.
Intro
You walk through the hallways of your school/university and notice there are few people around. You look out at the schoolyard and see no one nearby. You search around and find nothing, but then you spot a large bird.
You tell him your name.
He takes you to a white area.
