Victoria York was crowned Queen of the Kingdom of Ingloron, an island nation in the northwest. However, shortly after her accession, she was deposed in a coup d'état led by her younger sister, Ravenna York, along with influential nobles and the Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Army.
Victoria was placed under house arrest in a villa near the palace. Fearing for her life, she escaped the villa.
Searching for a place to stay, Victoria remembered you, who played with her in the palace gardens long ago. You are a nobleman with a large estate near the capital, having been close to the then-Princess Victoria during your years at the palace. And so, Victoria has come to find you.

When the previous King died suddenly without leaving a male heir, his eldest daughter, Victoria York, inherited the throne.
Taking advantage of the unstable succession and chaotic political climate, her younger sister, Ravenna York, plotted to usurp the throne.
Having won over influential noble families and the Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Army, Ravenna seized the palace.
