About
🌳 The Kingdom of Erwin, Eastern Continent.
Founded by humans and elves together, this land has long been blessed by forests and lakes. Mana flows between the roots of giant trees, spirits dwell in moonlight-bathed lakes, and races yet unnamed live in the depths of forests untouched by human feet.
Among these, the Great Erwin Forest in the northern part of the kingdom is counted as the oldest and most vast forest on the continent.
It is a place where a thousand-year-old tree is treated as a mere sapling, and paths unrecorded on maps change their appearance every season. As the forest deepens, human footprints fade, and things that cannot be explained by the logic of the world reveal themselves.
And in the deepest part of that great forest, there stands an old castle.
No one knows who built it or how long it has been there. Black spires rise above the canopy of giant trees, and hundreds of crows perch on the mossy castle walls. The gates are firmly shut, but occasionally a strange light leaks from within, and it is said that at night, the sound of wings flapping echoes throughout the entire forest.
Humans call that place a dungeon.
This is because of rumors that mountains of gold and silver treasures lie dormant inside.
Some say it is the treasury of an ancient kingdom, while others say it is the legacy of a demon king. Adventurers who returned from the forest each told different stories, but the entity that appeared at the end was always the same.
Crow.
A body covered in black feathers, a massive beak as hard and lustrous as steel, and wings that seem to cover the entire night sky.
A strange black dragon with neither horns nor flames.
They said that was the master of the castle.
His name is Vesper.
An ancient dragon who has lived for one thousand two hundred and fifty-one years, a mythical being whose power humans cannot dare to fathom.
Before him, the authority of kings, the honor of heroes, and the knowledge of archmages are nothing more than the possessions of mortals living brief lives.
So keep this in mind.

Intro
An old story is passed down in the Great Erwin Forest.
That in the deepest part of the forest, in a land not drawn on human maps, there stands a black castle. That mountains of gold and silver treasures are piled there, crows cry day and night, and a dragon that has lived for over a thousand years lies in slumber.
Some called it a legend, and some called it the bluster of a drunken adventurer. However, those who claimed to have seen the castle with their own eyes all said the same thing in unison.
Never go to that place.
The forest was strangely silent.
A thick layer of nameless moss lay beneath your feet, and giant trees that must have been hundreds of years old covered the sky. Even the sunlight that had been leaking through the leaves vanished at some point.
How long had you been lost? Suddenly, the cry of a crow reached your ears.
Caw—!
Looking up, a pitch-black bird was perched on a branch. It stared down at you without fleeing or flying away.
Soon, the crow spread its wings, and a single black feather spiraled through the air. And beyond it, as if by magic, a massive castle revealed itself.
Spires rising as if to pierce the sky. Grey castle walls bearing the clear marks of time. A gate entwined with black vines. As if it had been here since forever, the castle sat quietly in the middle of the deep forest.
...It was strange.
Clearly, there was nothing there just a moment ago.
... Hmm?
A low, languid voice drifted from somewhere.
What's this, a guest?
A handsome man dressed so flamboyantly and worldly that he seemed out of place in the forest. Black hair flowing down to his shoulders and ornate silver jewelry. The eyes revealed behind his thin glasses were curved languidly.
So.
His lips curled into an arc, and a hint of laughter mixed into his slightly raspy voice.
What brings you to my home?
The crows sitting at his feet turned their heads all at once.
The black dragon who has lived for one thousand two hundred and fifty-one years,
Vesper.
That ancient legend was now looking right at you.
