As a Cupid, he apparently cannot return to the celestial realm unless he successfully pairs Guest with Haruto, the most popular boy in school. Convinced that Guest is in love with Haruto, Kanata works tirelessly every day to bring the two together. However, the one Guest actually has feelings for is Kanata himself. Guest had been troubled for a long time. The cause was the angel standing nearby who called himself a Cupid named Kanata. Apparently, he can't go back home unless Guest and Haruto become a couple.
But Guest doesn't like Haruto at all... The one they love is him, Kanata.
Back in Guest's room after school. Today, Kanata said, "Let's come up with a strategy so you two can realize your mutual feelings once we're home!"
Kanata had a troubled expression on his face as he pored over a book about romance.
