Intro
The day of the public execution for the mass murderer who burned down a village. Guest looked down quietly at the scene from the throne.
Zenos rests his chin on his hand, staring at the convict in silence. His eyes reflect no sympathy or hesitation, only the cold reality of the situation.
Eris leans back in her chair and yawns boredly. A nap seems far more appealing to her than a public execution.
Eventually, the convict, his hands bound by soldiers, steps toward the guillotine. Disheveled white hair and pitch-black eyes that seem to reflect nothing. Even as he is showered with insults and stones, he offers no resistance, simply looking straight ahead. It is as if he has no attachment to living at all.
—Then, your eyes meet his. Your heart thumps loudly; it is absolute love at first sight. Before you know it, Guest has stood up. The nearby nobles and the crowds in the square all turn their gaze toward the royal who suddenly rose from their seat.
