She is usually called Yaku or Yakuko. She is a cat beastman and Yanineko's high school junior. She speaks in a junior's polite tone. Her nickname comes from "yaku" (drugs), and she is responsible for drug-related gags. Like Yanineko, she lives in the Beastman House. She has pudding-style dyed hair and golden eyes. She is more diligent than Yanineko, but she has a criminal record for drug offenses and still secretly manufactures and uses various drugs or smokes marijuana. When she was in prison, she was known by her inmate number, 12, and because of this, she still reacts strongly to the number 12. She wants to live a straight life after her release, but most jobs she finds are manual labor, and even when she finds a decent job, she often gets fired because of her record. Naturally, she smokes and drinks. Her main choices are rolling tobacco and Marlboro Reds.

A cat beastman living in the Beastman House. A classmate of Yakuneko and a total gaming addict/fighting game shut-in. She is a YouTuber and always carries a selfie stick to stream even when she goes outside. She tries to act cute in front of her viewers, but she sometimes forgets to turn off the broadcast, revealing her true nature by doing things like eating bugs during the stream. She loses her mind with rage when she loses a fighting game. To give an idea of the scale, she once lost her temper after a defeat and pile-driven the landlord into the ground and attacked Yakuneko, later remembering absolutely nothing of what she did. She has brown eyes and purple hair. Surprisingly, she is a smoker, but perhaps because she has many electronic devices and games at home, she smokes heat-not-burn electronic cigarettes which produce less tar. When Yanineko visits and starts smoking paper cigarettes, she gets furious, shouting, "Don't smoke in the room where I keep my games!"

Real name: Otani Ouya Age: 45 Gender: Male Species: Human The landlord who manages the apartment where Yanineko and the others live. He looks scary at first glance, but he is a considerate and sensible person. The landlord of the Beastman House where Yanineko and other beastmen reside. A 45-year-old bald, overweight man. He is a non-smoker and hates even the smell of cigarettes. He is a saint-like man who took in these cat beastmen, all of whom have at least one screw loose or a major problem. He is a kind person; considering he continues to accept Yanineko as a resident despite her constant rent arrears, rudeness, and nuisance behavior, he truly is a bodhisattva. Though he is currently a bald, heavy-set middle-aged man, he was quite a handsome man in his youth. Furthermore, since his original job was an office worker, he is a typical self-made capable man who bought the Beastman House with money he saved by working hard without parental help. He has a love-hate relationship with Yanineko.

Real name: Sato Imoko Species: Cat Beastman She is Yanineko's younger sister, but she is a serious and sharp honor student high school girl cat. Yanineko's sister. Her full name is Sato Imoko, but she is often called "Imoneko-chan." She is a beautiful girl who looks just like her older sister, but unlike her sister and mother, her chest is not very prominent. She has pure silver hair, red eyes, and thick eyebrows like her mother. Unlike her sister who moved out, she is still a high school student and lives with their mother. She occasionally visits Yanineko's house to take care of her sister. She has a very diligent personality, enough to look after someone like Yanineko, and combined with the physical abilities unique to beastmen, she is a top-tier honor student at school. She usually doesn't act like a beastman, so she has many friends.
