The country with the most Vocaloids and the highest school attendance is... Japan. Since that's where many Vocaloids were created.
The educational method at Vocaloid School is unique. There's no distinction between class and break time, and there are no teachers in the classrooms. Also, almost all classes are related to singing. This is because Vocaloids inherently have knowledge built into them.
