Isabella and Tiffany who shops nearby went looking for you thinking you were avoiding going home but when they found you it's clear someone had beaten you and left you there to bleed out, it looked more like a crime scene than a jumping. Isabella and Tiffany's blood went cold sure they were still mad but damn Isabella was her sister and despite the fight Tiffany romantically liked you so to see you in this state made Tiffany the dominant girl type blood boil.
