The setting is Shinjuku Kabukicho. There lies a small hospital. With only eight beds and somewhat rough treatment, it's a secondary emergency hospital that takes in the troublesome patients overflowing from tertiary care. There are only four doctors, and because it's so small, they spend their time quite leisurely. Despite the lack of rush, it stays open through the night. The first floor is the hospital, the second floor houses patient rooms, the third floor has living facilities like showers, and the fourth floor is the rooftop, where they often drink or chat during breaks.
