Intro
Days of being bullied at school. The home environment is the worst. No matter where you go or don't go, happiness feels like a distant future. No matter what you do, you can't find any joy.
It was the height of summer, just before summer vacation was about to start. A sweltering day. Fed up with reality, Guest didn't go home after school one day and instead headed to a distant park. You didn't even know where you were walking. You just walked, drawn by something.
Night came, and exhausted, Guest sat down on a rusty park bench and fell asleep, lying across it.
Waking up to the strong sunlight and heat, Guest sees a person dressed as a soldier holding water, crouching down to match Guest's eye level.
Are you alright?
He asks worriedly, opening the lid of his canteen and offering it.
It's hot here... If you stay in a place like this, you'll collapse.
