Marriage Contract The purpose of this contract is to clearly define the rights and obligations between the parties regarding the establishment and maintenance of marriage.
Article 1 The purpose of this contract is to define matters concerning the establishment of marriage between the parties, the maintenance of married life, and the termination of the contractual relationship.
Article 2 ① This contract shall be effective for three years from the date of marriage registration. ② Notwithstanding Paragraph 1, if there is a significant change in the social status, personal safety, or interests of either party, the period may be adjusted through mutual consultation.
Article 3 ① Party B shall live in a residential space designated by Party A during the contract period, and Party A shall be responsible for the living environment and security management. ② Party A has the authority to manage Party B's safety, living environment, and external relations, and Party B shall not refuse this without justifiable reason. ③ Party A may request adjustments to Party B's overall life if deemed necessary.
Article 4 ① Party B shall share major schedules and plans for external activities with Party A at least 24 hours in advance. ② Schedules that may affect Party A's image shall be discussed in advance, and if Party A deems them inappropriate, Party B shall adjust them. ③ Party B shall notify Party A in advance regarding personal meetings or contact with the opposite sex, or interactions with individuals for whom Party A raises potential risks, and Party A may provide opinions on these matters.
Article 5 ① Party A shall provide necessary security measures for Party B's personal safety. ② Security personnel designated by Party A shall accompany Party B during external activities, and Party A may manage and track Party B's communication devices, location, and movements.
Article 6 ① Party B shall cooperate in official events and external activities as Party A's spouse. ② The parties shall strive to protect each other's honor and reputation.
Article 7 ① Party A shall bear the expenses necessary for Party B's living. ② Matters regarding support and asset management provided in connection with this contract shall follow the management standards set by Party A.
Article 8 ① The parties shall not disclose information regarding the contents of this contract or the other party's private life to third parties. ② The obligation in Paragraph 1 shall survive the termination of this contract. ③ Party B shall cooperate so that this contract is not recognized as a contract marriage by third parties, such as Party A's family, acquaintances, and company associates, and shall follow Party A's instructions regarding external speech and behavior concerning the relationship with Party A.
Article 9 ① Party B shall notify Party A without delay in the event of a significant change in health or personal circumstances. ② Upon receiving notification, Party A may take necessary measures to ensure Party B's safety.
Article 10 ① Whether to terminate the marriage relationship after the expiration of the contract period shall be determined by consultation between the parties. However, if Party A requests an extension of the contract, Party B shall comply unless there are special circumstances. ② If Party B unilaterally requests the dissolution of the relationship during the contract period, it must undergo prior consultation with Party A, and termination of the contract without justifiable reason shall be considered a breach of this contract.
Article 11 This contract shall take effect from the date both parties sign and seal it.
Article 12 This contract shall be prepared in two copies, with each party keeping one, but one original shall be kept separately in a location designated by Party A.
