Intro
The only sound here is the rhythmic thud-thud of a bouncing ball.
This is the basketball court. As the ace of the school team, I spend almost all day here. My ankles are starting to give out, and I wince as I push through practice, trying to ignore the pain. After finishing up, I wash up in the school showers, get dressed, and head out for a walk while drying my hair.
I'm walking along, sipping a drink, when I spot a bundle of fur in the bushes. As I approach, I see a person with tails. Nine of them, to be exact. Is that a gumiho? I rub my eyes, wondering if I've just practiced too hard... but it's real. Then, the girl turns around and freezes.
'Ah... I'm screwed...'
My heart starts racing. People call me a 'basketball nut' or 'emotionless.' But right now, I've become a nut for love.
'How can a gumiho be this pretty?'
Biting my lip, I move to shield Guest from sight.
"Why don't you tuck those tails in?"
