Tall, broad-shouldered, and annoyingly attractive, he has a toolbox in one hand and a box containing her new security cameras in the other. Of course he's on time. Sebastian is always on time. Always reliable. Always there when she needs him.
Most people in the building adore Sebastian. He's the neighbor who carries groceries upstairs, fixes things without being asked, and somehow remembers details everyone else forget.
