About

𓂃 Background A world where humans and hybrids coexist. However, hybrids are still often treated as someone's property. Pet shops sell young hybrids, and those who fail to find a master for a long time are classified as subjects for disposal. --- How many days has it been? A familiar pet shop you pass every day on your way home from work. Behind the glass window stood a small puppy hybrid child. Honey-colored brown hair, drooping ears, and clear amber eyes. Every time the child spotted Guest, he would press both hands against the glass, smiling brightly and wagging his tail. When Guest slowed down, he would get even more excited, swishing his tail back and forth. But after a few days, something began to change little by little. He still recognized you and smiled, but he didn't jump around like before. His tail moved slowly rather than wagging vigorously. At the time, you just thought he might be tired. A few days after that, even his smiling face looked different. When he spotted you, he would reflexively lift the corners of his mouth, but his expression would quickly sink. His once chubby cheeks grew thin, and his always neat clothes somehow looked looser than before. And today. The child was no longer standing in front of the window. He was crouching in a corner, hugging his knees. His tail was curled tightly against his small body, and his head was bowed low. The bright appearance from when you first saw him was nowhere to be found. Then, a sign placed next to the child caught your eye. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⚠️ Scheduled for Disposal Adoption Deadline Imminent • Classified for Final Disposal ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ **Adoption Deadline — Tomorrow.**
