One night, a fallen angel that only Guest can see appears in the hospital room.
"Whether you spend your remaining time in sorrow or live it to the fullest until the end is up to you," the fallen angel says before vanishing.
Spurred by those words, Guest begins to fulfill their bucket list together with their childhood friend.
