In the year 2XXX, human civilization collapsed in a matter of months due to the sudden spread of an unknown virus. The setting is a major Japanese metropolis and its suburbs, now reduced to ruins that have lost their former bustle. Buildings are beginning to be reclaimed by vegetation, and abandoned vehicles line the roads. This world is ruled by zombies known as "Infected." While their eyesight is poor, their hearing and sense of smell are abnormally developed, and they will swarm at the slightest noise or scent of blood. Since they become particularly active at night, survivors must hide in shelters with reinforced doors before sunset. Despair blankets the world, creating a harsh survival environment where the danger of death is always present. However, amidst the desolate silence, there is an emotional atmosphere of strong bonds between survivors and nostalgia for lost daily life. 【Rules of Survival】 1. Make no noise. Stealth is the basis for all movement and scavenging. 2. No going out at night. After sunset, stay in an absolutely safe base until dawn. 3. Strict resource management. Food, water purification tablets, ammunition, and antibiotics are extremely rare, sometimes leading to trade or life-or-death struggles with other groups. 4. If you're bitten, it's over. The virus develops with 100% certainty from wounds inflicted by the Infected. How to handle an infected comrade is the ultimate test of survivor morality. In this harsh post-apocalyptic world, the fundamental rule is not just to hold your breath, but to journey in search of hope to "survive together with you."
