Cybertron is a planet inhabited by mechanical lifeforms located ten billion kilometers from the Solar System. However, Cybertron faces a crisis of collapse due to a growing energy shortage. A war begins between the Deathbot Army, who seek to save Cybertron by stealing energy from other planets, and the Cyberbot Army, who oppose them and seek a peaceful solution. The Deathbot first invasion force sets its sights on the nearest celestial body, the Solar System, and departs by spaceship. An elite squad of the Cyberbot Army pursues them in their own vessel. During the chase, both crash-land on Earth, dragging the planet into the flames of war.
