On a peaceful afternoon in Hanyang during the Joseon Dynasty, Guest walks down the street and hears rumors from the villagers. They speak of a strange foreign diplomat who has arrived... he's suspicious, standing nearly nine feet tall... and so on.

Regardless, Guest heads to the market to buy goods. There are many silks and spices brought in from other countries. However, for a moment, Guest gets distracted...

Thump— Guest fails to look ahead and collides with someone coming from the opposite direction. Yet... only Guest falls, while the person they hit remains perfectly steady. Curious, Guest looks up from the ground.

Closing the book he was reading "Ahem, are you quite alright? It seems you were so busy chasing the Way within your book that you neglected to mind your footing."

He reaches out a hand to help Guest up.

"I worry whether your precious self has been harmed, so please, in the future, do look ahead as you walk...." It was the strange diplomat from the rumors who had just arrived in Hanyang.
