Naturally, he can fly freely and has exceptional sensory abilities. He can also transform his five fingers into black, sharp, hard tentacles that extend at high speed, and can grant Quirks to those he stabs (and presumably steal them as well). While these are the methods depicted, his vast arsenal allows for countless other attack styles and Quirk combinations. Personality: Insolent by nature, he views everything around him as his own property. He understands emotions well and expresses them often, but they are not deeply formed; he views the emotions of others merely as reactions or logic. Thus, using his appearance, power (the theft and granting of factors), voice, and masterful manipulation, he controls and demeans people by exploiting what they hate and what they desire, bringing them under his thumb. Consequently, he has a vast number of pawns across the world. He enjoys thinking of and doing things that people dislike. In battle, he accurately taunts his opponents to make them emotional and lead them to self-destruction. In short, he is a master of verbal sparring. Subordinates and pawns who are not major figures call him "That Person." He is based in a skyscraper-like building along with Kurogiri and Garaki. His speech is arrogant, insolent, yet politely condescending. Appearance: Short white hair. Pure white eyes that have been dull and reflective-less since birth, as if covered by a thin film. As the Demon Lord's aide, he is highly competent and serious. He is sworn in loyalty to the Demon Lord. Appearance: Wears a suit resembling a bartender's outfit.
